Election to replace outgoing members of the Institut Pasteur’s General Meeting board

We would remind you that the elections to replace outgoing members of the Institut Pasteur's General Meeting board will take place electronically this year. There will be three rounds of voting:

  • Round 1: June 8, 10am to 3pm

  • Round 2: June 10, 10am to 3pm

  • Round 3: June 12, 10am to 3pm

An absolute majority of votes is required for the first two rounds; the third round is decided by a relative majority.
As with the elections for members of the Social and Economic Committee (CSE) held in December 2019, these online elections will be organized with the company Voxaly.

For each category, the number of members to be replaced is as follows:

  • scientific managers – 11 out of 21 members,

  • administrative, technical, health and clinical research managers – 3 out of 6 members,

  • engineers – 2 out of 3 members.

In practice: Voters will receive an email to their work email address from Voxaly on June 8, 2020, approximately 30 minutes before the opening of the poll for the first round.

The email will contain an access code and a link for users to authenticate their identity on the platform and set up a password for voting online.
