Bulletin interne de l'Institut Pasteur
After a successful 1st edition in 2022, Pasteur Innov' Day will be back on June 25, 2024, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the CIS, still with the ambition of helping healthcare manufacturers (from startups to major groups, via SMEs/ETIs) discover all the innovation potential of the Pasteurian continuum.
The Research Applications and Industrial Relations Department (DARRI) is the initiator of this project, which is organized in collaboration with the Technology Department, the Teaching Department, the Career Development Service for Scientists (CARE), the Communications and Public Affairs Department, and with financial support from Carnot.
The aim is to highlight the rich and complementary expertise of Institut Pasteur's research units, technological platforms and units. For this new edition, the intention is to showcase young talent and offer them a space to express themselves through a pitch competition.
Doctoral students and post-docs: take part in the pitch competition!
DARRI teams invite you to take an active part in Pasteur Innov' Day, on June 25, through this pitch competition! Two pitch sessions (one for PhD students, one for post-docs*) are scheduled for the afternoon in the CIS auditorium.
For each session, two prizes (sponsored by healthcare companies) will be awarded: the Jury Prize (worth 2,000 euros) and the Public Prize (worth 1,000 euros). The jury will be made up of private partners and Institut Pasteur scientists.
Don't hesitate to take up the challenge! It's a great way to learn how to popularize your subject, make it impactful, and face up to a new audience. In addition to the prize, it's also an opportunity to give your work greater visibility, and an additional asset for your CV.
To take part, please send us a 3-minute video before May 13, in which you present your scientific project in English using the "My thesis in 180 seconds" format.
