REDCap news: upcoming in-person training on June 3 and 4 and report on training at the Institut Pasteur de Dakar

REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture) is a data capture system for designing databases for clinical and translational research. An in-person training session offering an introduction to REDCap will be held on Tuesday June 3 and Wednesday June 4 from 9.30am to 5pm.
 
Aims of the training:
•    Best data management practices with REDCap
•    Creating data entry forms
•    Importing and exporting data
•    Managing user rights
 
This training course is aimed at anyone wanting to learn the basics on how to design an eCRF using REDCap.
It will take place in person at the Institut Pasteur and will be taught in French.

Focus on REDCap data management software training at Institut Pasteur de Dakar

From April 15 to 19, the teams dedicated to REDCap software training visited the Institut Pasteur de Dakar to support capacity building in the use of this software which can help improve efficiency, security and collaboration in research and public health, for a positive impact on patient care and health promotion.
