New Microbiome-Host Interactions five-year group; new research unit name

•    New five-year group led by Benoît Chassaing  
 
Following the favorable opinion issued by the Scientific Council in June 2022, in December 2023 the Board of Governors approved the proposal by the President to establish the Microbiome-Host Interactions (Interactions microbiote-hôte) five-year group as from May 1, 2024.
 
This five-year group will be part of the Microbiology Department and will be led by Benoît Chassaing, Inserm Director of Research.

•    New name for the unit led by Pierre-Jean Corringer
 
From May 1, 2024, the Channel Receptors Unit (024706) led by Pierre-Jean Corringer will change its name to Signaling and receptors dynamics (Signalisation et dynamique des récepteurs).
