Help with filling out the French tax return

Are you completing a French tax return for the first time? Are you a foreign national and looking for information on how to complete your tax return? The tax return filing process for 2023 began on April 11, 2024. Reminder of useful resources to support you.
 

We would remind you that the deadlines for filing your income tax return in France are:

for the paper version: May 21, 2024 at 11:59pm, as postmarked.

online: the date varies depending on your home département (June 6 at 11:59pm for the Greater Paris region) (click here to see the other dates according to your home département).
 
Alongside the dedicated section on the topic in the HR FAQ, the Institut Pasteur, in partnership with Euraxess France,* has prepared an online space to help you fill in your income tax return in France.
