DEI

Participate in the launch and animation of DEI clubs and diaspora networks for a more united and inclusive community

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) department of the Institut Pasteur is proud to announce two new initiatives aimed at fostering a sense of belonging and integration within our Pasteur community.

We are introducing the launch of DEI Clubs and Diaspora Networks.

These initiatives are designed to empower individuals and groups within our community by providing them with the resources and support to create their own networks and organize events that meet their specific needs and interests.

Whether you are part of a DEI community (as for example LGBTQIA+, Disabilities, Women of Color, Men as allies, Parents) or an expatriate group, these clubs and networks will serve two primary purposes:

1. Unite Members: Bringing together staff members around shared interests and needs while providing a safe space for expression and support.

2. Educate and Inform: Promoting understanding and respect by educating the entire Pasteurian community on important topics related to their respective communities and cultures.

Our goal is to facilitate the creation of these clubs and networks by inviting diverse communities to step forward and participate. We are committed to providing guidance and support throughout the process to ensure the well-being and sustainability of each group.

Together, we can promote a culture of inclusivity, support, and mutual respect within our institute.
