Pasteur Learn: take part in the teaching challenge

Several Institut Pasteur staff have already embarked on training on a variety of topics via the new Pasteur Learn platform (office skills, languages, personal development, etc.) – and you can also take the opportunity to make the most of these open online training courses.

You have until June 14, 2024 to complete the challenge run by the Skills and Training Center, in collaboration with Edflex and Speexx, our partner training organizations, for a chance to win language coaching or a training course leading to a qualification.

The results will be announced in the June 21 issue of the newsletter.

Training of the month

The Skills and Training Center will also be proposing a selection of content every month to help you develop your cross-cutting and soft skills. These one-day training sessions take place in person on campus and are open to all Institut Pasteur staff, regardless of their role.

The next "training of the month" session will be on "Pitching and promoting your projects" (please note that spaces are limited). It will be held on June 21.

The training session, open to everyone, will focus on the following:
•    How to boost your impact when speaking
•    How to develop your point and clarify your message
•    Using media training to respond assertively to objections
•    Optimizing presentation materials for greater clarity
