Bulletin interne de l'Institut Pasteur
In connection with the security master plan that has been rolled out on campus by the Technical Resources and Environment Department (DRTE), the technology in the badges used to access the Paris site is being changed, which means that all staff will be issued with a new badge and will need to produce a new profile photo.
To carry out this procedure, the DRTE will be holding a mammoth "photo booth" session from November 14 to 18.
Each entity on campus will be allocated a time to come to the atrium in the François Jacob building so that all their staff can take a new badge photo (the process will only take a few minutes).
To ensure that the procedure runs as smoothly as possible, a specific day and time slot will be allocated to each department, unit and support structure. Two photo booths will be set up for staff to take their new official photo.
This schedule is now avaliable
To make the whole process more enjoyable and keep you occupied while you wait for the rest of your team to be snapped, a third photo booth will also be available for you to take fun keepsake snapshots by yourself or in groups of two or three.
These photos will be displayed on screens in the atrium to add a touch of entertainment and creativity to the proceedings.
