The Institut Pasteur gets involved in the European Week for Waste Reduction

affiche-serd-home-fr.jpg The European Week for Waste Reduction will take place from November 18 to 26 in France and the other 27 EU Member States. Activities related to this initiative will also be held on the Institut Pasteur campus.

The aim of the European Week for Waste Reduction is to raise awareness of the need to reduce the amount of waste produced and to give you tips that can help you play your part at home and in the workplace, while shopping or doing DIY. The focus of the 2017 edition is reuse.

The Technical Resources and Environment Department will be holding informal discussion sessions on Thursday November 23 and Friday November 24, from 11.30am to 2pm, on the terrace of the company restaurant. All are welcome to come along and share their thoughts over a coffee on the topic of waste prevention at the Institut Pasteur.
We will report back on these sessions in your next newsletter. But in the meantime, here's a tip: don't throw away your empty pens!
