Implementation of an interactive spam control device for email

The Information Systems Department would like to inform you of a device recently implemented on the email system that enables you to check your own external emails considered as spam by the current filtering system but which could contain messages wrongly classed as spam (“false positives”).
 
From November 27 onwards, you can receive an email entitled “Spam Quarantine Notification” that will contain a summary table of all messages classed as spam and provide a chance to retrieve any “false positives” all with one click. There can be up to one message per day sent at 9am (except weekends) depending on the amount of spam each user receives.
