Bulletin interne de l'Institut Pasteur
The Carnot Network for Infectious Diseases (ID Network) consists of 6 Carnot Institutes (Carnot Pasteur MS, France Futur Elevage, APHP, Agrifood Transition, CEA-Leti, M.I.N.E.S) to pool and synergize their individual skills on themes related to infectious diseases and antimicrobial resistance, with a One Health approach.
The objective of the network is to be a source of knowledge, a pioneer in the development of tools and the deployment of resources in response to emergence and re-emergence scenarios under a One Health approach. Its role is to nourish the R&D ecosystem on infectious diseases over the long term through collaborative actions.
The ID Network has a dual purpose:
1 - Unite the individual strengths of Carnot institutes in order to provide innovative R&D responses
2 - Expand the offer for industrial actors
To this end, the ID Network is launching a call for expression of interest on antibiotic resistance to accelerate innovation in the field of diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive tools using new methodologies and new tools (for example artificial intelligence).
