Unified Communications: a new calendar

As part of the Unified Communications project, a new calendar is being set up. This calendar, accessible via Outlook, at http://email.pasteur.fr with a web browser or via any other client device using the iCal protocol, will become the official campus calendar as from January 1, 2016, replacing Meeting Maker and the "Room Management" application. These two applications will continue to be used for meetings and room bookings until the end of 2015, after which time they will no longer be accessible.

You can already start adding meetings, inviting people and booking rooms for 2016 using the new calendar. Please note that any data that has been entered into the current applications will not be transferred over.

Demonstration sessions for the new tool have been scheduled.
