Bulletin interne de l'Institut Pasteur
The emergence of the health crisis and the need to work remotely has led to new working methods and the use of new tools for information and communication at the Institut Pasteur to ensure that activities can continue. So far, Microsoft Teams, used with the support of the Information Systems Department, has helped staff to keep in touch with each other and with external contacts, securely, from campus or at home, while complying with health and safety measures. Since this tool has proved so successful, and given the many possibilities it offers staff, the Information Systems Department is keen to continue supporting staff using Teams.
Since it was made available to the entire campus in early April by the Information Systems Department, Teams has been used for countless meetings and conferences, helping keep the Institut Pasteur's activities going. The Information Systems Department wants to offer extra guidance to all Microsoft Teams users, at all levels, to help them use the tool more confidently and get the most out of it.
Two 30-minute webinars will be held in November about the main features of Microsoft Teams:
On November 12, on the topic "Meetings with Teams: planning, joining and leading meetings/webinars"
On November 19, on the topic "Teamwork with Teams: creating teams and interacting with Institut Pasteur staff and guests"
The webinars are open to everyone – simply click on the link for each webinar on the day.
