Cooperation to tackle infectious diseases in West Africa and the ASEAN region
On October 1, 2019, Satoshi Murabayashi, President of Mitsubishi UFJ Research and Consulting Co. Ltd., based in Tokyo, and Stewart Cole, President of the Institut Pasteur, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to work together to tackle infectious diseases in West Africa and the ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) region, through innovative projects using advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and drones.
