Greenhouse restored to its original color

Gamma surveys conducted as part of work currently underway revealed that the original color of the greenhouse was blue. Following a request from the Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs, the greenhouse will be restored to "imperial blue", the color of its original exterior architecture.

Restoration to “forgotten” original colors is currently very common. Examples include the renovation of the Samaritaine in Paris and Big Ben in London.
