The Institut Pasteur's Financial Affairs Department would like to inform you that the procedure for mission and travel expenses (memo 098) has been updated.
This update is in response to a request from department directors to:
• ltake account of inflation, especially over the past two years, by adjusting meal threshold values,
• lincorporate an appropriate refund policy for Airbnbs,
• lmake it possible for research units to organize retreats.
The Financial Affairs Department would like to take advantage of this opportunity to remind you of:
• lthe importance of the validation workflow,
• lthe sustainable mobility guidelines: reduce travel where possible, book flights in advance and make use of the detailed table for European cities,
• lthe availability of the teams in the Financial Affairs Department to answer any questions you may have.
