Bulletin interne de l'Institut Pasteur
On October 4, the Institut Pasteur campus hosted the second day of the 2022 Sustainable Development Forum, which focused on reducing the environmental impact of the Institut Pasteur's activities.
Organized by the Sustainable Development Department as part of European Sustainable Development Week – and after a break of two years –, this event was an opportunity for Institut Pasteur staff to find out more and to familiarize themselves with some best practices that they can apply to their own activities and within their respective departments.
The Sustainable Development Department would like to thank all those who came to discuss the issue at the stands set up for the event, which were run in collaboration with the Information Systems Department, the Procurement Department, the General Services Department, the Waste, Sterilization and Premises Maintenance Department and the Editorial Department, and addressed various topics:
- The Institut Pasteur's sustainable development commitments
- Carbon footprints
- Energy sources
- The Reuse room
- Sustainable development activities in the General Services Department
- Digital responsibility
- Sustainable purchasing
- Sustainable communications
- Sustainable mobility
