Question and answer session on HAL-Pasteur for the COMESP

The HAL-Pasteur team in the CeRIS is running a question and answer session via Teams about depositing publications in HAL-Pasteur for the COMESP on Monday October 25, 2021, from 5 to 6pm.

The team will answer your questions about depositing publications, exporting the list of publications in HAL for the period under evaluation as required by the COMESP, and configuring your IdHAL (the HAL user name for scientists).

Reminder:
From 2021 onwards, the Institut Pasteur has set itself the target of 100% of publications each year published as open access. Since May 2021, in the Charter for Open Access to Publications, the Institut Pasteur has required its scientists to:

  • publish their articles with a CC BY license and without an embargo, either in a fully open access journal or by applying the Rights Retention Strategy

  • submit their publications to the HAL-Pasteur open archive

For the past two years, the COMESP has included the submission of publications to the HAL-PASTEUR open archive in its appraisal policy

Get ahead with preparing your documents for the COMESP! Feel free to come along and join us!
