Pasteurdon 2019: Pasteurian fundraising and generosity

To close the Pasteurdon season, we would like to take a moment to thank everyone who made Pasteurdon happen, and who gave their time and generosity for this major event.

Whether shooting short films or the Pasteurdon clip, or participating in the launch event, the Discovery Day, or the various sporting challenges, a big thank you to:

  • All the extras who appeared in the short films and the Pasteurdon 2019 campaign film.

  • The StaPa, and its eleven researchers, who wore the custom-painted lab coats in the parade at the launch event

  • The Security Department, the receipt and delivery Department, the Personal Protective Clothing store, the General Services Center, The Technical Department's building workshop center, the Work, Operations and Maintenance Unit, as well as the Reprography Service who contributed during all the key moments of Pasteurdon.

  • Everyone who worked alongside the Department of Communication and Fundraising at the Discovery Day: the volunteers, the facilitators of the DNA workshop (the Dynamics of Immune Responses unit) and the Chemistry workshop (the Chemistry and Biocatalysis unit and the Chemistry of Biomolecules unit), the facilitators of the laboratories visits (the Ultrastructural BioImaging unit and the Photonic BioImaging Technological Platform), the Image Analysis Hub, the Decision and Bayesian Computation 5-year group (DIVA projet), the Institut Pasteur Sports Association, and the iGem team, as well as the researchers who presented at the scientific conferences.

  • Everyone who gave their support so that the Discovery Day could take place: the Purchasing Department, the Education Center, the Quality, Environment and Sustainable Development Department, the Risk Prevention Service, the Human Resources Department, the Legal Department as well as the companies Eurest and Onet.

  • All the dedicated runners who wore the Pasteurdon jersey while racing in the Parisienne 2019 and the Paris 20km.

Thank you all very much for your mobilization, without which Pasteurdon would not have the impact that it has today which in turn helps make possible the research of tomorrow!
