6th edition of the Welcome Day for first-year PhD students on October 24, 2022

The Institut Pasteur Graduate Office is running its 6th Welcome Day for all new PhD students on campus.

The event will take place on October 24, from 3 to 5pm, both via Teams and in the Émile Duclaux lecture hall.

The two-hour session will give first-year PhD students the opportunity to find out more about the dedicated tutoring system in place at the Institut Pasteur and to learn about affiliations to doctoral schools, career support via the MAASCC, the work of the Institut Pasteur's Ethics Unit, the Institut Pasteur's association for young researchers and a variety of tools that could be useful to them. They will also be provided with all the information they need to know for the time they spend at the Institut Pasteur during their doctoral studies.

Please note: in addition to the Welcome Day, an orientation afternoon will also be held on November 14 at 3pm. The aim will be to offer practical, detailed information to PhD students about the tutoring system and also about the Institut Pasteur units and staff members they are likely to come into contact with during their time on campus.
