HR calendar – schedule for appraisals and career development reviews. Note the date: this year's campaign begins on November 21

The upcoming appraisals and career development reviews will take place from Monday November 21 to Monday January 30, 2023.

 

Main points to remember

 

The appraisal campaign applies to all staff at the Institut Pasteur, except for those on fixed-term contracts of less than 6 months, PhD students and contract workers.

This year, post-doctoral fellows will also be given an appraisal interview.

- The campaign will run from November 21, 2022 to January 30, 2023.

Please note that appraisal and career development forms will need to be approved by January 3 at the latest for Compro promotion requests for non-scientific staff and requests to advance from technician to engineer status.

Details about the appraisal campaign (scope, how to fill in the forms, best practices) will be provided over the coming weeks.

 

Planning appraisals and career development reviews

 

- The Human Resources Department would like to draw your attention to the fact that this year's campaign starts on November 21 and would encourage you to begin scheduling sessions well in advance: an hour and a half is a good guideline.

- If possible, in compliance with hygiene and distancing measures, we would recommend holding these appraisal meetings in person.

• An information and discussion session for entity heads is planned for Thursday November 17 at 3pm via Teams. The link will be sent to you by email.

• An information session will also be held for employees on Thursday November 24 at 10am. The link will be sent out in the November 18 issue of the newsletter.

• Your local HR contact is available to answer any questions you may have and provide support and guidance.
