Call for applications for the "Single Cell Pilot Award" organized by the Cytometry and Biomarkers UTechS in collaboration with 10X Genomics

The Cytometry and Biomarker Technology and Service Unit (CB UTechS) is pleased to announce a pilot award in collaboration with 10X Genomics and Macrogen to provide library preparation for Single Cell Gene Expression or Single Cell Immune Profiling.

We are offering a unique opportunity to support innovative pilot research projects using 10x Genomics Single Cell Chromium Controller.

The awardees will be able to perform library preparation for 2 samples under the supervision of the CB UTechS for Single Cell Gene Expression or Single Cell Immune Profiling analysis. The program aims to support up to 4 pilot projects. Macrogen will be supporting the sequencing associated with the libraries generated for at least the 1st and 2nd winning abstracts. Applications will be reviewed within two weeks of the submission deadline.
