3rd edition of the Welcome Day for first-year PhD students on October 11, 2019

The Institut Pasteur Doct-Office is holding its third Welcome Day for all new PhD students on campus.

This event, organized every year by Oumaïma Granet, Head of the Doct-Office (in the Department of Education), is an opportunity for first-year PhD students to get to know the Institut Pasteur's dedicated tutoring system, receive information about affiliations with doctoral schools and the career guidance offered by the MAASCC, and explore possible avenues for a career in academic research. The event will also provide them with a wealth of useful information for their time at the Institut Pasteur. They can chat to more experienced colleagues who will be there to help the newcomers settle in.

The PhD Welcome Day will take place on October 11, from 2 to 5pm, in room 28-01-01A in the François Jacob building.

It will be followed by a reception.
