2024 IT needs campaign launched

In order to meet the computer equipment supplies demand from campus users, we invite you to gather all of your office needs via the "Deployment" tab available on the IT Portal before October 31, 2023.

This campaign aims to:
•  Renew leased equipment due to expire in your entity, and request the new equipment you'll need in 2024.
•  Identify equipment to be returned (that you do not wish to renew).
•  Organize the deployment of new equipment and the return of old ones on campus in 2024.

You will be able to specify, for each equipment, whether you want to replace it or not, but also to specify your requests for new ones.

Please refer to our detailed user guide if needed.

For any particular order, choose the “Non-catalogue hardware” option.

We recommend that you choose a 2-3 years lease term for laptops (PC&Mac).

Equipment at the end of the lease must be returned in good working order. Otherwise, the entity will be responsible for any part replacement. We advise you to report any malfunction so that the equipment is covered by the warranty and can be repaired before the end of the rental period.
