Reminder of the security guidelines for the Pasteurdon day on October 8

In line with the security guidelines currently in force, prior registration was required for the Pasteurdon day on October 8.

A specific reception desk will be set up at 28 rue du Docteur Roux to welcome each group of visitors to the Pasteurdon day.

To access the campus, all Institut Pasteur staff members registered for the event will have to present their badge, and any other adults registered with them will have to present an identity document and their registration slip. The bags of all those attending the day, including Institut Pasteur staff members, will be checked.

No vehicles will be allowed to park on site, except for vehicles belonging to people with reduced mobility who have a parking permit.

Visitors will only have access to the CIS halls, the auditorium in the François Jacob building and the museum. Access to other premises will not be permitted.

The staff at the security checkpoint will contact and liaise with the appropriate services in the event of an emergency. They should be contacted by all persons who witness:

  •  an outbreak of fire, trash container fire or smell of smoke
  • a medical emergency or accident suffered by visitors, a lost child
  • a dispute or threatening behavior
