On Thursday October 7, the Institut Pasteur and Figaro Partner held a unique event for the general public as part of the 15th edition of Pasteurdon, with an online broadcast exploring various aspects of the Institut Pasteur's research.
At this event, presented by journalist Ariane Warlin and attended by Jean-François Chambon, Vice-President Communications and Scientific Outreach, four Institut Pasteur scientists were invited to speak about specific topics and discuss the latest progress in their research.
COVID-19: What is the current situation? What does the future hold? Find out more about the virus, variants and immunity from Etienne Simon-Lorière, Head of the Evolutionary Genomics of RNA Viruses group, and Lisa Chakrabarti, a scientist in the Virus and Immunity Unit.

The online broadcast, the first of its kind organized by the Institut Pasteur and Figaro Partner, attracted a large audience, many of whom took the opportunity to ask questions about issues of particular interest to them so that they could learn more about the research carried out at the Institut Pasteur.
