Bulletin interne de l'Institut Pasteur
As always, the launch of this year's Pasteurdon was awaited with great anticipation.
At 12 noon on Wednesday, October 7, all staff were invited to make their way to the CIS hall to kick off this year's edition at a special event attended by all those involved in Pasteurdon 2015. Also invited to the launch event were the Institut Pasteur's corporate partners - long-standing partner the Le Roch-Les Mousquetaires Foundation, as well as Assu 2000 and MSD - who offered strong expressions of support.
Pasteurdon patron Alexandra Lamy unfortunately couldn't attend because she is currently away filming, but she took the time to record a message of support for this year's campaign.
Pasteur staff turned up in huge numbers, many having already demonstrated their fighting spirit at the film shoots on October 6 and 7.
Nearly 150 of you showed your passion for the cause by coming along to create the very first Pasteurdon human chain.
A big thank you to everyone for taking part - your contribution is what makes each Pasteurdon a success!

On Sunday, October 11, some 70 Institut Pasteur staff members will be taking to the streets of the French capital for the famous "20km de Paris" road race.
United in their commitment to Pasteurdon, they will put their best foot forward in aid of the 2015 edition in a powerful display of support and fighting spirit.
With every stride, these keen runners will help demonstrate the value of research and raise awareness of the Institut Pasteur's ongoing work to improve global health.
Why not show your appreciation for their generous support and sporting prowess by heading to the Institut Pasteur stand, set up by the race organizers at Emile Anthoine stadium, where you will find the Pasteurdon team?
Come along from 8.30am - or you can always find your own spot on the sidelines of the 20km course to cheer them on.

From the patron to the partners and Institut Pasteur staff, the magazine sheds light on what goes on behind the scenes to organize the campaign, and outlines the major events being held in the run-up to this year's Pasteurdon weekend.
This issue of Campus also gives you a glimpse of what's available on the dedicated Pasteurdon website at pasteurdon.fr.
