Election of new staff representatives - electronic voting system introduced this year

The first round of elections for members of the Works Council and staff representatives will take place from November 26 to December 2, 2015. Electronic voting system is introduced this year.

Information on how to vote will be sent to your home address by post, in accordance with legal requirements. To make sure you receive your access codes, please check your home address details on the HR portal and update them if necessary by October 30, 2015.

All staff members who joined the Institut Pasteur on or before August 26, 2015 are eligible to vote.

The election for representatives of external research organizations on the Works Council will also be held from November 26 to December 2, 2015, again using electronic voting.

• Information on these elections will be regularly posted in the "Life Outside the Lab" ("Vie sociale") space on Webcampus, in the section Professional elections ("Elections professionnelles")
