Delta variant epidemiology in a partially vaccinated population and implications for controlling a resurgence in autumn

In June 2021, scientists in the Mathematical Modeling of Infectious Diseases Unit at the Institut Pasteur studied how partial vaccination of the French population could change the epidemiology of SARS-CoV-2 and explored implications for controlling a possible resurgence of the epidemic in autumn 2021.

On September 3, they presented an update of their study, taking into account a number of changes.
