scShinyHub tool now available for the scientific community

The Cytometry and Biomarkers UTechS, part of the Center for Technological Resources and Research (C2RT), in collaboration with the C3BI center, is announcing the novel data analysis tool, scShinyHub, for the scientific community.

scShinyHub is a novel data analysis tool for investigating the complexity of mRNA expression at single cell level. The tool is modular and easily extendable, such that individual needs can be addressed rapidly. The scShinyHub tool is hosted and maintained on a dedicated computer within the CB UTechS compute resources, located in the CFJ-Aquarium and accessible to the user community upon a dedicated training.
