Migration of restaurant accounts to new badges

The badge change for staff restaurant accounts will take place on Tuesday September 18 and Wednesday September 19.

To make sure this migration goes smoothly, we need your cooperation.

Whatever your badge category (Institut Pasteur staff, Orex or permanent guests), if you want to continue using your badge for the restaurants on campus, you must comply with the following guidelines:

 

  • How?

Go to one of the checkout points in the self-service restaurant with both your badges.

A cashier will be there to carry out the change.

 

  • When?

• Tuesday September 18 from 2.30 to 4.30pm

• Wednesday September 19 from 8.30 to 10.30am

 

  • Where?

At the restaurant checkout, via the access point above the modules.

 

  • What will change?

From Wednesday September 19, 2018, you will only be able to use your new badge:

• From 8.30am at the cafeterias "Le Bienfait" and "The 25" or at the top-up point.

• From 11.30am at the self-service restaurant.

You will not be able to top up your card via the "my bénéf'eat" application on Wednesday September 19.

Unit heads with a "unit" badge should also bring along this badge to exchange it for a new one.
 

In a future BIP there will be an explanation of how your old badge will be restituted.
