Bulletin interne de l'Institut Pasteur
In accordance with the new health protocol introduced by the French government at the beginning of September for companies, and following on from the memo from the PBRP Committee on September 2 (see the September 3 issue of the newsletter) containing guidelines about the progressive resumption of activities at the Institut Pasteur, here is some additional information about life on campus:
Conferences and internal events on campus are permitted as long as the maximum occupancy limits for rooms are not exceeded and hygiene and distancing measures are adhered to. Prior authorization from the PBRP Committee is however required: PRPA-priorite@pasteur.fr.
Given the growing number of staff who are returning to campus, we would recommend making full use of the lunch period at the company restaurant, between 11.30am and 2.15pm, to avoid the busiest time, which is generally between 12 and 1pm. For the time being, for health reasons, seating arrangements must be compliant with applicable distancing measures, as indicated by crosses on some tables. The PBRP Committee is exploring new measures and will propose further solutions in the coming weeks.
The Institut Pasteur cultural society (La Pasteurale) and the Institut Pasteur sports club (ASIP) will be resuming their activities from Monday October 4, 2021. This will only be possible if hygiene and distancing measures are strictly applied, and all staff wishing to register for the activities run by La Pasteurale or ASIP will be required to show their health pass ("pass sanitaire"). The resumption of activities also requires strict compliance with the maximum occupancy limits for all premises used for activities (rooms, gyms, etc.).

A regularly updated table containing information about access regulations, activities on campus, business trips, etc. is available. You can consult it by clicking on this link.
The PBRP Committee is continuing to keep a close eye on the developing health situation and the government measures, and it reserves the right to amend the measures in force at the Institut Pasteur accordingly.
