Resumption of Institut Pasteur cultural activities

The Institut Pasteur cultural society, La Pasteurale, will resume its activities on Monday October 4, 2021.

La Pasteurale runs a host of low-price cultural, musical and artistic activities. They are open to anyone working on campus, with no minimum service period required.

Given the health context and the framework laid down by the PBRP Committee, a health pass ("pass sanitaire") must be presented to the coordinator of the activity before registering. Strict compliance with the applicable health guidelines on campus (hygiene and distancing measures, keeping premises aired, maximum occupancy limits, etc.) is also required for these activities. Given that numbers are limited because of the maximum occupancy rates for each room, registration will take place on a "first come, first served" basis.

 

Activities for the 2021-2022 season:

•    Improvisational theater
Tuesdays, 6 to 7.30pm (2 out of 3 weeks). Coordinator: Morgane Besson, morgane.besson@pasteur.fr

•    Singing group
Fridays, 12.30 to 1.45pm. Coordinator: Olivera Francetic, olivera.francetic@pasteur.fr

•    Instrumental ensemble
Every other Thursday, 12.30 to 2pm. Coordinator: Stéphane Fremont, stephane.fremont@pasteur.fr

•    Drawing
Wednesdays, 12.15 to 1.45pm. Coordinator: Sophie Dia, sophie.dia@pasteur.fr

•    Drama
Tuesdays, 12.15 to 1.45pm. Coordinator: Anthony Bouillon, anthony.bouillon@pasteur.fr

•   Games Library
Mondays from 6pm. Coordinator: Maylis Lejeune, maylis.lejeune@pasteur.fr

Resumption of Institut Pasteur sports activities

The Institut Pasteur sports club (ASIP) is pleased to announce that its in-person classes will be starting up again on Monday October 4, 2021. You can sign up online via the Assoconnect website from October 4 onwards.

This year, the club is running more than 22 activities, which are open to all those working on campus (Institut Pasteur staff, OREX, interns, students, etc.), with no minimum service period. Come along to see what's available and try the activities for yourself during the week beginning October 4.

In accordance with the French Act of August 5, 2021 and at the request of the Institut Pasteur's PBRP Committee, ASIP will ensure full compliance with the hygiene and distancing measures in force on campus, and instructors and students will be required to show their health pass ("pass sanitaire"). The maximum number of people per room will be 25, including the instructor.

Activities available for the 2021-2022 season:

•    Martial arts: karate, self-defense, tai chi, Vovinam
•    Wellness and fitness: abs and butt, cardio, gymnastics, Pilates, step workout, stretching, yoga

•    Running
•    Dance: African dance, folk, modern jazz
•    Team sports: badminton, basketball, table tennis, volleyball
•    Subsidized activities: swimming, "Cercle de la Forme" fitness network, squash
