Seminar on Sequel sequencing technology on October 3

In 2017, the Biomics platform acquired a Pacific Biosciences Sequel sequencing system, which delivers real-time single-molecule long sequence reads of up to 40Kb (depending on the DNA quality and the conditions in which the samples were prepared). Several projects have made use of this sophisticated equipment.

To find out more, the Biomics platform and the company PacBio are running a seminar on October 3 to present the technology.

This event will be held in the Jean-Paul Aubert room, on the ground floor of the Fernbach building, from 1.45pm.

The event is free but prior registration is required
