The Xvivo system for experimentation under controlled gas compositions now available in CB UTechS

The Cytometry and Biomarker UTechS is happy to announce the installation of the Xvivo technology.
 
The technology allows all steps of cell manipulation, growth and analysis to be performed under hypoxia/physioxia, with control of multiple variables (O2, CO2, temperature, pressure, humidity).
 
The workstation is composed of multiple independently regulated modules:

• two incubators,

• a cell culture processing chamber,

• and a chamber equipped with the Seahorse technology for studies of cell metabolism under physioxia.

The Xvivo is designed for processing and producing cells in compliance with regulatory GMPs for clinical samples.
