Defending research together – volunteer to take part in the Pasteurdon 2019 Discovery Day

For this year's 13th edition of Pasteurdon, we are giving the public a chance to visit the Institut Pasteur campus. A wide range of events will be organized for visitors keen to find out more about the Institut Pasteur, with scientific workshops, laboratory tours, presentations, film screenings, a chance to visit the Pasteur Museum and a series of fun activities. This is a great way for people to learn about what goes on at the Institut Pasteur from a different perspective, while also explaining why donations are so important.

To make this Discovery Day a success, we need your help. Several of you volunteered in previous years and have already stepped up for this edition. And it's not too late! Scientists, technicians, engineers, post-docs and students, administrative staff – anyone interested in getting involved is more than welcome. Since its early days, Pasteurdon has been a wonderful way of bringing the Pasteurian community together for a common cause.

A dedicated Pasteurdon 2019 Webcampus page (link in french) has been set up so that you can all find out about the arrangements for this new edition. You will get more informations about "jobs" are available and decide if you would like to volunteer your services. A volunteer permission request form has been created for this purpose with human ressource departement. It will be sent to you upon receipt of your application.
