Gender equality: upcoming initiatives and training

In connection with the implementation of its Gender Equality Plan (GEP), introduced in January 2022, the Institut Pasteur is continuing its efforts to raise awareness about diversity, equality and inclusion on campus.

Save the date! Training sessions and workshops to raise awareness – make sure you note all the dates for the last quarter of 2023 in your diaries so that you can come along.


Awareness workshops in English
 

· September 21, 2pm: "How to prevent and tackle anti LGBTI discrimination in the workplace."

· November 23, 2pm: "How to prevent and tackle racism within the workplace.".

The in-person workshops, each lasting 90 minutes, will be led in English by the firm Egaé. They are open to all but spaces are limited to 50 people per session, so make sure you sign up as soon as possible!

· October 13: "Preventing and/or resolving conflicts using nonviolent communication."
