16th edition of Pasteurdon: find out about the theme of this year's campaign and check out the iconic campaign poster

A new poster for a new edition of Pasteurdon! Pasteurdon 2022, the 16th edition of the annual fundraising event, will be driven by a new campaign, based once again this year on an iconic poster that will soon be widely displayed in a variety of formats – in newspapers and magazines, on web and roll-up banners and elsewhere.

Advancing the Institut Pasteur from generation to generation

In this bicentenary year, this is the slogan – displayed in bold capital letters – that will accompany the famous photo portrait of Louis Pasteur taken by Paul Nadar in 1886 and chosen to illustrate the campaign. Several color filters have been applied to the iconic black-and-white portrait of the Institut Pasteur's founder to highlight the caliber of the famous scientist while asserting the Institut Pasteur's modernity.

The new campaign poster reflects the strong link between past, present and future at the Institut Pasteur and recognizes Louis Pasteur's legacy, which lives on through the many generations of Institut Pasteur scientists who have succeeded him and who contribute every day to building the future of research.

This ongoing commitment to research from one generation to the next makes it all the more important to continue to raise awareness of the need for donations and to appeal to the generosity of the public, who also have a role to play in advancing research.

Together, let's continue to defend and advance research, "from generation to generation"!
