Elections to the Social and Economic Committee (CSE) – second round from Monday December 16 to Thursday December 19, 2019

We would remind you that the second round of the elections for members of the Social and Economic Committee (CSE) will take place from 9am on Monday December 16, 2019 to 3pm on Thursday December 19, 2019.

The electronic voting system enables you to vote online at any time of day or night via a secure, confidential platform. It also makes it easier for employees on leave, sick leave or business trips to vote. It can be accessed from any computer (in the home, the workplace or a public place).

To vote, you will need to log into the website https://institut-pasteur.votes.voxaly.com and enter the login codes used for the first round of voting (received by post at your home address or the codes received if you applied for new login codes online).

If you have lost your codes, you can recover them by connecting directly to the site.

A dedicated computer for electronic voting has been set up in the Scientific Resources Information Center (CeRIS) reading room (second floor of the CIS building, open to all from 10am to 6pm) for anyone who wishes to use it.
