Do you want to deepen your understanding of diversity issues and help build a more inclusive working environment?

The Department for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), working in partnership with the Training Center, invites you to attend interactive and experiential awareness-raising workshops.

During the three-hour Diversity Fresco, you will:

• Explore diversity issues;
• Learn standard terminology related to DEI;
• Experiment with cognitive mechanisms involved in discrimination;
• Learn about existing approaches to drive changes in practices.

Whether you're curious about this area, already aware of the issues, or simply want to find out more, these workshops provide a unique opportunity to talk, learn and jointly build a more inclusive culture at the Institut Pasteur, all within a respectful and safe environment.
