Brass band, choir, theater, dance, rock, blues, jazz, magic tricks, drawings and photos – on June 19, the Institut Pasteur community came together to celebrate artistic talent!
On June 19, the Institut Pasteur campus became a huge open-air stage. From the atrium in the François Jacob building to the CIS, via the greenhouse, the Institut Pasteur community enjoyed a fantastic afternoon showcasing creative talent.
At 12 noon, the brass band set the tone on the forecourt of the François Jacob building, before all eyes turned to the packed atrium for performances from the choir, theater group, singing group and instrumental ensemble, together with improv, modern jazz, guitar and line dancing. All of these Pasteurian talents turned the lunch break into a true moment of discovery and were praised by Yasmine Belkaid, President of the Institut Pasteur, who came to share in this moment of togetherness.

In the afternoon, the festivities continued on the CIS forecourt with the Music Lab concert: eight groups, an eclectic range of musical styles – from the Rocks'an Blues Band to the Soul Trio and "Pardon My French" – and staff turning out in huge numbers for the occasion. There were also exhibitions of drawings and photos in the greenhouse, and amazing magic trick demonstrations that were a source of much surprise and fascination.

Many thanks to all those who made the event possible – cultural and sports associations, members of La Pasteurale and volunteers. Their efforts each year give the entire campus an opportunity to enjoy a fun and festive event together.
