Innovation call for proposal 2026
The Department of Applications of Research and Relations with Industrials (DARRI) and the institut Carnot Pasteur Microbes & Santé, launch an internal call for proposals to support innovation projects with a potential positive impact on healthcare.
The Innovation call 2026 aims to start the innovation chain by supporting early-stage disruptive innovative research that could lead to new products or applications. These projects are called EMERGENCE projects. The aim at the end of these projects is to create intellectual property.
This call 2026 will support high-quality, innovative proposals for the identification and characterization of novel targets of strong interest in human health.
All domains are concerned, from diagnostic/prognostic to therapies and from vaccines to precision medicine.
Projects should be aligned with the priorities of the “Pasteur 2030” Strategic Plan. Special attention will also be given to high-risk, high-reward projects that do not fit within the priorities of the Pasteur 2030 Strategic Plan.
In other hands, proposals in the following priority domains will be strongly considered: One Health, Microbiome, Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR), Aging and Senescence, and Sepsis.
Submission deadline: April 22, 2026 - 1 pm
Allocated funding / project duration: from 50 k€ to 150 k€ / 12 to 24 months
