

Elections for members of the Social and Economic Committee
Elections for new members of the Institut Pasteur's Social and Economic Committee (CSE) will be held at the end of November.
Organization and arrangements for the upcoming elections – end of November
The first round of elections for members of the CSE will take place from November 25 to 27, 2025 , via an electronic voting system.
Information on how to vote will be sent to your home address by post, in accordance with legal requirements.
To make sure you receive your access codes, please check your home address details on the HR portal and update them if necessary by October 28, 2025. - All staff members of the Institut Pasteur who have been employed for at least three months on the day of the election (i.e. who joined the organisation no later than 24 August 2025) are eligible to vote.
- In addition, a specific election, organised in a single round and intended for representing staff from external research organisations (OREX) at the CSE, will also be held from 25 to 27 November 2025 by electronic vote. For this election, the login details will be sent by email.
Role and duties of the CSE
The aim of the CSE is to represent the collective views of staff, so that their interests are taken into account in any decisions relating to the company's management, economic and financial development, working arrangements and professional training.
It is also involved in organizing social and cultural activities.
At the Institut Pasteur, the CSE plays a key role in the area of health and safety.
The CSE is regularly consulted on:
- the Institut Pasteur's strategic priorities;
- the economic situation;
- employee policy, working conditions and employment.
