Hosting new staff from abroad: help available to support you

Welcoming and supporting new Pasteurians, particularly foreign nationals, is an important issue for the Pasteur Institute. In line with its strategic plan, the Institute is implementing a series of concrete measures to facilitate their first steps and strengthen their integration.

Starting in September and continuing over the coming months, a series of events will punctuate the integration process, in addition to the internal resources made available to all.

New in-person training modules

The annual intercultural awareness seminar on the topic "Settling and Living in France" is being improved and expanded; it was first implemented more than 13 years ago! It is available to new international staff at the Institut Pasteur starting this September 2025 in the form of a full-day training module to address all needs and questions as comprehensively as possible.

This intercultural module will run once a month for small groups (maximum of 12 participants) on the following dates:
•    September 30, 2025
•    October 21, 2025
•    November 25, 2025
•    January 15, 2026
•    February 17, 2026
