Preparing for retirement: training to anticipate the transition
Are you planning to retire in 2026 or 2027? If so, a new training course run by the Skills and Training Center on June 8 and 9 might interest you.
As well as administrative procedures, the transition to retirement also means changing how you spend your time and organize your daily routine.
The two-day in-person session on campus, entitled "Preparing to retire: transitioning from professional life to an active retirement," will look at various aspects related to retirement.
Program:
Clarifying what motivates you: identifying your activities and interests using the Ikigai tool.
Managing change: calmly approaching the end of your professional life and passing on your expertise.
Balance & Health: finding the keys to help keep your memory sharp and enjoy healthy social and family relations.
Extra bonus: a creative addition with the opportunity to produce your personal Vision Board and identify your future ambitions.
