Quality of life and working conditions: browse the dedicated selection of resources on Pasteur Learn
To mark French national week for quality of life and working conditions, which will run from June 15 to 19, the HR teams are pleased to present a selection of resources on Pasteur Learn, the Institut Pasteur's online training platform.
This dedicated week is an opportunity to highlight the measures that are helping create an inclusive, respectful working environment for the entire Institut Pasteur community. It is also a reminder of the importance of working conditions, well-being and healthy working relationships for our daily lives.
How can we be better organized in our daily routines? How can we strike a balance between efficiency and well-being? Why is the right to disconnect so important? The content proposed by Pasteur Learn addresses these themes in a variety of accessible formats, including interactive modules, podcasts, eBooks and online lessons, with a total of nearly 50 resources on the topic.
The selection also covers themes related to diversity, equality and inclusion, designed to help promote a culture based on mutual respect, listening and valuing difference.
Featured in this year's Pasteur Learn playlist:
• Who wants to improve their quality of working life?
• Improving well-being at work
• Respect in the workplace
A "Quality of working life" section is also available on the ePasteur intranet, featuring a wide range of information and practical resources.

And of course, we hope that as many of you as possible will come along to the World Music Day festivities on campus on June 19. This annual extravaganza for the Institut Pasteur community will bring the 2026 week on quality of working life and working conditions to a close with an opportunity to enjoy spending time with colleagues in a relaxed setting.
