Reminder: appraisals campaign ends on January 27, 2026
The appraisals and career development reviews, which have been running since November 24, will soon come to a close. The last day is Tuesday January 27, 2026 in the evening. There are just a few days left to finalize your appraisal sessions.
Appraisal campaign in practice
- The appraisal campaign applies to all staff at the Institut Pasteur, except for those on fixed-term contracts of less than six months, PhD students and contract workers.
- The scope of the campaign covers:
- an annual appraisal: reviewing 2025, setting targets and submitting training needs for 2026;
- a career development review (legal obligation, required every two years), aimed at reviewing career development, professional goals and career plans in the short and medium term;
- in accordance with applicable regulations, every six years an additional detailed career development review is carried out.
As previously announced, appraisal and career development forms needed to be approved by January 7 at the latest for Compro promotion requests for non-scientific staff and requests to advance from senior technician to engineer status.
