Reminder to take paid and additional leave
Autumn has arrived! This is the perfect time to take stock of how many paid and additional leave days you have left. The Human Resources Department would like to remind you to plan ahead and record the leave you want to take in the HR portal. For those staff concerned, 2026 additional leave days (ARTT), extra ARTT leave days, absences during core working hours (APF) and JNT leave (non-working days) must be taken by the end of the year.
Taking regular periods of paid leave and additional leave (ARTT, APF or JNT) is a way of making sure that we can all enjoy beneficial rest periods throughout the year.
- Each entity head/manager is responsible for ensuring that leave is organized effectively among their team. As an employer, it is the Institut Pasteur's responsibility to ensure that its staff take regular paid leave. Managers can view the remaining leave of members of their entity at any time in their HR portal.
- Please note: 2026 ARTT leave days, extra ARTT leave days, APF (absences during core working hours) and JNT leave (non-working days for staff with a reduced set-days agreement (forfait jours réduits)) cannot be carried over to the following year.
You can see how many days of paid leave you have left at any time in the HR portal. Accrued paid leave must be taken by May 31, 2027.
To submit an absence request, please use the HR portal (via "Mon Portail de services" (My Service Portal) or directly at https://portailrh.pasteur.fr).
