From April 1, all staff can go to the Career Portal (Talentsoft) to see whether the training requirements they raised during their appraisals and career development reviews (EAP) have been approved.

Monitor your personal skills development plan via the Career Portal
To check the validation status of your training requests, simply log into your Career Portal (Talentsoft) and go to the widget "Mes formations" (My training), tab "besoin" ("needs").

You can also use your Career Portal to sign up for certain training sessions, monitor your registrations, post feedback for any completed training and download your training certificates.
