Alongside Nicolas Torno, Deputy Director of the Department of Technology Transfer and Industrial Partnerships (DARRI) and Head of the Patents and Inventions Department at the Institut Pasteur, another technology transfer specialist shares her expertise: Miranda Delmotte, Innovation Coordinator at AP-HP.
Their testimonies provide concrete insights on negotiation best practices, partnership agreement terms, and pitfalls to avoid to ensure optimal transfer of your discoveries to industry.

This content is part of the ValoCité University Innovation Cluster (PUI) developed by Université Paris Cité, selected for funding under the "France 2030" plan. With a budget of €6 million over four years, ValoCité aims to increase the number of research collaboration agreements with companies and boost the number of startups spun out of its academic laboratories.
DARRI hopes that this series will inspire you to take the next step and sign up for the half-day training sessions offered by its teams. The next session will take place in early 2026 and will be held in partnership with IdA and IHU reConnect. The date will be announced shortly.
